On Thursday, December 28th, about 50 people gathered for the Abrahamic Reunion’s monthly Praying Together in Jerusalem event. The event was held at Moreshet Israel Synagogue. That day was the tenth of Tevet, which is a day of fasting in Judaism. The fast commemorates the Babylonian siege of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar II.

Peta Jones Pellach explained the meaning of the day to everyone, before people went into groups to pray according to their religious tradition. Jewish participants also read from the Torah. After prayers, everyone joined together to pray as a group and sing together.
