DESCRIPTION:PRAYER FOR THE SYRIAN PEOPLE\, SYRIAN BORDER\, W/ PEACE CONCERT BY JAMES TWYMAN\n\n\nThe Golan Heights\, on the Syrian border of Israel\, are often uncomfortably close to the fighting with Daesh. Visiting peace musician James Twyman will perform a concert\, and tomorrow\, Feb. 1st\, the Abrahamic Reunion will bring Jews\, Muslims\, Christians\, and Druze to pray focus prayers and thoughts for the suffering of the people of Syria. We will gather at the Mt. Bental and other lookout points overlooking southern Syria. \nJames Twyman is advertising this to the whole world\, and seeking to make this the largest synchronized peace vigil in history. We will use these overlooks to pray for the people of Syria. As Twyman writes on his website\, that prayer is “the most powerful force on Earth.” \nFrom Eliyahu McLean:\nIn 2004\, I joined a multi-faith journey led by peace musician James Twyman from Amman to Baghdad\, to pray for the peace of the Iraqi\, and Israeli\, people\, and the world.
