Help us create reconnection, harmony, and understanding

Salam, Shalom, Peace.

How are you? I miss you all.

I would like to tell you about our activities, especially about the Ramadan Iftar we will hold in Nazareth, soon, on the 19th of March. We will hold a big Iftar for all the people all around the world.

Not only for the people of the Holy Land, for all the people all around the world, you can be part of our Iftar there. We need you with us, it will help all of us.

You know the situation in the Holy Land is not so good. And we work to bring the people to come together, and to create reconnection, harmony, understanding – then we will get to the peace.

We need you with us, we need you, really, to be a big part of us.

We need your support, support us to succeed to heal the Holy Land and the world.

Thank you so much, Salam Alaykum,

Ghassan Manasra

International Director of the Abrahamic Reunion

Help us raise $30,000 for our Iftar Programs in the Holy Land this year:

  • March 19th, Nazareth: 220+ will gather from across the country in Nazareth for dialogue, prayers, music, text studies, and a meal for peace. With sponsorships from the Shalom-Hartman Institute, Ohr Torah Stone Interfaith, Derekh Avraham, and Interfaith Galilee. Please Join us LIVE on ZOOM with translation and commentary!
  • March 16th, Daliat al-Carmel: Iftar with the Druze Community in Daliat Al-Carmel, organized by Siham Halabi, AR Druze Board Member, featuring Sheikh Moafaq Tarif, head of the Druze Faith in the Holy Land.

The Iftar is not merely a dinner — there are prayers, speeches, study and dialogue circles, live music, and safe, facilitated spaces to meet “the other” in an open, nonpolitical, and convivial atmosphere. (Learn More.)

These spaces are critical to launching THE DAY AFTER, the Abrahamic Reunion’s programs that will respond, this Spring, to the aftermath of separation, pain, and distrust left after the conflict.

The peacebuilders are organizing busloads of people from Jerusalem and the North to attend the Iftars this year, including East Jerusalemites. By supporting the Iftar, you are a part of this critical moment to rebuild bonds across faiths and groups in Israel-Palestine.

“THE DAY AFTER”: Rebuilding the culture and community of peace starts this spring!
