On Thursday, April 19th, the group spend a day in Battir Wadi, walking the wadis and eating from the community garden inspired “Paradises” restaurant – referring to each villager’s plot of land as their paradise. We also met a shopkeeper who shared her story about being a refugee for 17 years.
