As human beings, we are more adaptable and resilient than we realize. In this live, experiential workshop, behavioral science and professional experience are woven together into a sustainable practice. By awakening to the true nature of resilience, you will cultivate internal harmony, confidence and stability: the foundation for a more peaceful world.
Based on research, vetted by experience:
Drawing from the research of Bryan Sexton, associate professor in psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Duke’s School of Medicine: This experiential, interactive program has been taught to hundreds of thousands who live and work in high-stress situations. Bryan is an expert in cultivating resilience, the ability to bounce back from life’s obstacles.
Glenn Sackett and Debra Sofia will lead you through a process of self-discovery and awareness to cultivate your resilience to life’s changing circumstances to become the peace we wish to see in the world.
Discover how to draw from the Inner Wellspring, regardless of what life throws at you. Acquire new tools to deal with disruptions thrown your way, both personally and professionally. With this training you’ll develop greater ease and harmony in your life, gain tools to withstand the most adverse conditions, and cultivate your Personal Resilience Plan.
Meet Your Coaches:

Nature explorer, photographer, and chaplain Glenn Sackett guides workshops on building resilience in life. Glenn trained under Bryan Sexton of Duke University to awaken the capacity to bounce back and stay focused in life. As a chaplain and photographer, he has learned to see clearly what matters most: to be receptive to what life is providing. So, too with the practice of resilience.
